Views from the Crew
To the crew members of the former H.M.C.S. Annapolis, it's more than just a ship. It was their home and work-place, as well as their eating, recreation, and social area for weeks, months, or years. In short, it was their life, with a gamut of experiences and emotions: living together in cramped quarters; constant drills, training, and naval exercises; visiting foreign ports; cold-war tensions; not seeing land for days; weathering extreme seas; missing family; building life-long comradery.
